Important Notes
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period are eligible for a 50% refund of the reservation amount.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to the same IBAN used for payment, minus a 3% deduction for bank charges.
In the survey, you must present:
- Citizen Card or Passport in physical format
- Credit card in the driver's name and valid for at least 3 months
